Most of our orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after payment is received. We use SF Express,

If you place a custom order, it may take 15-30 business days, depending on the difficulty of the process.

We cannot guarantee the shipping transition time. The estimated delivery time will be provided by the shipping company, and the estimated delivery time may vary due to weather or special circumstances.

We aim to ship domestic orders within 5 business days. However, due to order volume and other circumstances such as out-of-stock, it may sometimes be longer. In addition, we do have some special order items that have longer delivery times. These delivery times are noted on the product page. Large orders may also take a few days to ship. If you need a faster delivery time, please contact us.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If we process and ship your order within 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel your order. If you contact us after shipment, we will not be able to withdraw the order.

Once we dispatch the package, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

We do not offer local pickup.

International buyers (non-US) are responsible for duties and customs fees. International buyers (non-US) assume the risk of their orders being held or destroyed by customs authorities.

We are not responsible for packages being sent to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers when placing orders. Please notify us as soon as possible of any errors in your shipping address. Once we dispatch the package, we cannot retrieve, redirect, or otherwise interfere with the shipment's arrival at its destination.

We are not responsible for items that are not insured or for which the tracking number cannot be updated to a delivered status for any reason, including system errors by the carrier. We will not issue refunds and are not responsible for lost, stolen, or confiscated items. No exceptions.
