Return and Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.  Please note that handmade items sometimes have very minor imperfections, this is normal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  We do not pay shipping costs for refunds/exchanges.

Other non-returnable items:

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancel before shipping

Cancellation requests made before the item is shipped must be sent via email before the item is shipped.  Please note that due to shipping speeds, cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancel after shipment

If you cancel after the goods are shipped (the goods are in transit), the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs (although we offer free shipping, there is a lot of shipping costs, please understand and thank you), please note For international shipping, there is no guarantee that the cancellation will be successful.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund for the item will be processed and a price credit for the item will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company.  It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank.  There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
If you have completed all of this and still have not received your refund after the 6th business day after the initial cancellation/refund notification was emailed, please contact us at dailykatana@outlook.com.


Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace or exchange defective, incorrect or damaged items (described size issues will have errors due to hand-making, please understand and thank you). (No refunds for intentional damage) If you need to exchange the same item, please send an email to dailykatana@outlook.com.

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.  Any shipping costs will not be refunded.  If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return, if COD will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

International shipping may increase courier charges.  This remains outside of our control.  In this case, we are unable to intervene due to these factors beyond our control.


Lost goods
If the goods are lost in transit,(International logistics can be fast or slow due to many uncontrollable factors. Only the logistics company confirms that the item is lost can it be considered lost) we will contact you by email to ask for your consent whether to re-produce a reissue (you may have to wait several days if re-production is required) or to provide a refund.
